Eliwell among the major players at the world's leading trade fair for the HVACR market with new monitoring solutions for small systems

Eliwell, together with Schneider Electric, participated in Chillventa 2024 (Nuremberg, 8-10 October 2024) with interesting new solutions, testifying to the continuous evolution of its digital strategy and products to promote sustainable technology development based on energy efficiency for the HVACR supply chain.

Digital IMPACT to transform the HVACR business”, this was the theme of Eliwell's participation at Chillventa 2024, announcing an evolution of monitoring solutions on the market with the launch of Eliwell AIR, the simple and fast App&Cloud solution for monitoring refrigeration equipment, and Refrigeration Expert XP, the new compact and powerful device for remotely monitoring and managing small systems, as well as the official preview of a new range of advanced controllers for refrigeration cabinets, EWNext 1000. Eliwell also introduced new solutions for HVAC, pumping and other machine manufacturers with an advanced range of Modicon M173O and FREE Optima series programmable controllers. Not to mention the highly successful Specialist Forums.

The key role of data monitoring in large and small systems

In large systems, it is essential to make data available for analysis activities. This is possible with an increasingly ‘open’ source protocol and is also more and more relevant for small systems. It is precisely at this level that Eliwell enters the game - in collaboration with the Schneider Electric framework - bringing its experience to the world of supermarkets, even in small systems, with monitoring, control and data management solutions based on open protocols and ready to be integrated into Building Management Systems or Energy Management Systems, with the aim of optimising the information and behaviour of plants and machines.

New solutions for installers and system integrators

Refrigeration Expert XP is a new compact and powerful device in 4-DIN format, ideal for installers who need to provide their customers (operators of bakeries, restaurants and city markets) with a simple but effective monitoring system to supervise the entire plant. It can be connected to cabinets, cold rooms, refrigerated counters, condensing units, compressor units, refrigerant leak detectors and energy meters.

Eliwell AIR, on the other hand, offers single-point monitoring with local connectivity via Bluetooth and simplified access from the Cloud for a range of compatible controllers for cold stores and stand-alone cabinets. This solution, designed for remote management of connected refrigerators, provides in-app alerts, status check functions and remote maintenance functions.

New solutions for OEMs

For manufacturers of HVAC and pumping units, Eliwell offers an advanced range of Modicon M173O and FREE Optima series programmable controllers, compact and high-performance, available in both 4 DIN and panel mount versions.

Also available are D Controls, a complete range of thermostats and pressure switches, now also available in a PED-certified version for use in specific pressure applications.

Chillventa also saw the premiere of the new EWNext 1000 range of refrigeration controllers, the technological evolution of the Next platform, even more high-performance devices for the latest generation of high-efficiency refrigeration cabinets.

Chillventa Specialist Forums

During the three-day event, Eliwell participated in the Chillventa Specialist Forums, seminars dedicated to current topics, where it presented interesting application cases realised together with its customers:

There was also strong interest in seminars on monitoring systems in commercial refrigeration to maximise maintenance and efficiency:
